With over 10 years of experience as a trauma-informed counselor and dream coach serving dreamers, athletes, and artists from all walks of life, I have learned the skills that will help you heal, energize, and become aware of you inner strengths to live the life you actually want. I do this by listening to your desires, your concerns, and equipping you with the particular skills you will need for your journey. Together, we will design a unique plan that gets you back on the path to a full and meaningful life!

Starting my own journey in the entertainment business as a drummer in Nashville, I quickly noticed the underneath most people's polished professionalism or carefully constructed image was a quiet emptiness - a brokenness. They were striving for more. And I was no exception. It was within my own journey through healing to personal fulfillment that I discovered an undeniable calling to walk with others on their path towards their dream.

Now I provide intensive counseling, dream coaching, and consulting services to individuals and groups looking to optimize their life fulfillment and realize their best life. I am trained to work with the full spectrum of mental health concerns and my practice focuses especially on equipping you with the particular skills you need to find yourself in the suffering often experienced on the path of real desire.
