Hi. I’m Michele Ramey. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. More than being a professional LMFT, I am someone who inspires others for change in their lives as well as their relationships.

I help people big and small who want to nurture connections with people they are connected to, but may feel like they keep creating difficulty that takes them down the rabbit hole of stress and frustration and they can’t get out. Through exploring their story, including their history and revealing patterns they may not even be aware of, I support them so that they can begin to have more authority of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This in turn allows them to be excited about reconciliation and restructuring their lives and their relationships.

Since working in this capacity with individuals, couples, and families for many years, I know that you are capable to make remarkable changes in your life. If you’re willing to work alongside me, you will be amazed at how competent you are to examine the parts of you that have remained hidden, unrealized, or parts you didn’t even know existed. Focusing on the process will allow you to grow more fully than you ever have before.
