Hi there, my name is Brenna and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. First and foremost, I'm so glad you found your way here. Engaging in therapy, whether it is your first or fifth time, can be intimidating. I understand the anxiety that can come with opening up to a stranger and revealing parts of yourself. In my experience, this can also be the most rewarding part, but it can take time. I am ready and willing to be here on that journey alongside you.

I have years of experience in a variety of issues and specialties. I have worked as a professional speaker and trainer on the issues of maternal mental health, domestic violence and overall women's issues. My passion is geared toward helping women in transitioning into adulthood, and perhaps struggling with relationships, marriage, pregnancy, postpartum issues and/or parenthood. I have worked with clients with issues of addiction, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, phase of life issues, relationship problems and more. As an MFT, I am trained to work with all genders, ages, races, ethnic backgrounds, sexual identities/orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds and I welcome the variety.

In this day and age, stress and anxiety are running rampant and I am so grateful there are sites such as this to allow virtual therapy when we, as a society, need support the most. I look forward to speaking with you and working together.
