Experiencing life’s ups and downs can be tough, stressful, and sometimes completely exhausting to navigate without support. I am passionate about my mission to help people improve their mental and emotional wellbeing while feeling supported and free of judgement. I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, providing counseling to older adolescents and adults. I use a supportive, evidence- based and collaborative approach to counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy I provide services to clients presenting with many difficulties ranging from Depression, Anxiety, African American Issues, Grief, Stress, Trauma, and PTSD. I provide a safe environment driven towards building a strong therapeutic relationship and trust to maximize each session.
