Hi, I’m Brandy. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 2 decades worth of treating families, couples, and individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and just overall coping with the stress life throws at us. I believe that we all do our best with what we’ve been given. And yet, doesn’t it feel like oftentimes our best just isn’t good enough? Is it difficult to be kind to yourself in the midst of struggle and chaos? I’m here to help. Together we will take a journey to identify the core reasons for evoking such negative feelings, we will improve communication and understanding, and we will walk toward acceptance and healthy living.
