Many of us are afraid to progress in healing, because of the fear of what it may take to get there. My hope is that you'll seek the help that you need and together we can create a space for you to not only live freely, but to live an enjoyable and prosperous life!

I am Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Akron. This was a dually accredited Masters program, so I am honored to be able to treat individuals as well as couples and families.

I have over five years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in multiple settings and I have treated children, adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns. Some examples of these presenting concerns consists of helping others with healing from depression, anxiety, pre-marital concerns, relationship conflict, anger, grief and feelings associated with parental rights being terminated and much more.

After meeting with you and gaining a better understanding of what your needs are, we make a decision together on how to continue in treatment.

I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral treatment techniques, which means that I help you seek change through challenging how your thoughts have been influencing your behaviors. I also use Solutions Focused techniques, which highlights more present and future oriented ways in addressing your needs, so that you can gain immediate healing with your concerns.

I am eager to begin working with you and become an advocate for you and your loved ones throughout your journey of healing!
