I am licensed in North Carolina with 9 years of professional work experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years experience in the mental health profession. I hold certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Dual Diagnosis Specialist. I have experience working with ages 5 and up with various emotional and behavioral challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
