I use an integrative approach for your theraputic journey while boundaries and ethics remain top notch in my practice. My ideal client doesn’t mind a therapist who has an occasional foul mouth with a bit of snarky humor and a love for cats all while ensuring the client is the main focus.

I practice trauma informed, person centered, & solution focused with ability to branch out and select other options that best fit the client. I also seek to treat the whole person and combine addiction or mental health treatment as needed. I work with a variety of populations from all walks of life.

Trauma informed + Solution focused + Person centered are my main go-tos for therapy modalities. I also reach into existential, positive psych, occasional CBT, & psychodynamic. I don't rule out one modality over another, instead we will work collaboratively to find what works for you. I check in with clients throughout their time with me to see if what we’re doing is working.

Although I specialize in dual-diagnosis, I enjoy working with a variety of concerns through a variety of populations.

I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher. I incorporate yoga if client is open to it. I am trained to provide EMDR.
