I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado but I am fully licensed in Wyoming as well. I have 10 years of experience working in the field of substance abuse, mental health, and crisis intervention treatment. I specialize in various techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Person-Centered, and Strength's Based. Through my years of working as a clinician I have been able to deal with a wide variety of complex cases. My approach is one of support, openness, compassion, and a genuine willingness to understand the problems you are facing in your life, and work towards the goals that we set together.
