I am licensed in Colorado with 25 years of in professional mental health. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & coping with life changes. I have worked with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, targeted violence, school attacks, natural disasters, accidents, and the loss of loved ones. Everyone could use a fresh perspective, respect, and support as they make tough decisions and go through life's hardest experiences. It's all about unlocking what you already know deep down.
