I am a clinical counselor with ten years of experience as a therapist. I have thirty years of mental health experience in various modalities. My work as a therapist has primarily focused on working with young and older adults dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, chemical dependency, trauma, and other life adjustments. I see everyone as unique and take a personalized approach to each person who comes to me for help believing that we all have the innate ability to overcome our challenges and live our best life. I use various "evidence-based" therapeutic approaches. These approaches can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings and have your life working for you; instead of against you.
