Discovering our truth can be difficult and a challenge. At times, we just need some additional support to help us get through daily challenges. Take a moment and think about what you can do to take more control of your situation. By reading this and thinking about what you can do; you have already taken the first step in discovering your truth. My experience as a counselor includes providing services to a diverse population, from children to adults with a range of diagnoses. I have a background in working with individuals who have challenges with depression, anxiety, anger, and grief.
I am currently providing the following services: individual therapy, and family therapy. I use an eclectic approach which includes brainspotting (focused mindfulness), positive psychology, forward facing trauma therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. I also enjoy taking components of geek culture and incorporating them into your journey of healing!
