Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Mississippi with 9 years of experience working with people who deal with addictions. The primary focus of that work has been nicotine dependence and addressing the stress and anxiety that comes with overcoming an addiction. As a part of that work, I have helped clients facilitate behavior change in areas such as stress management, daily routines, and boundaries with others. I am also a financial coach. Financial strain can lead to marital tension, elevated stress and anxiety levels, and impact physical health. Financial health and wellbeing should not be overlooked when striving to achieve a state of wellness.

My counseling style is solution focused mixed with a bit of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I believe in helping clients set goals to reach their desired outcome in therapy and life. My intent is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and understood, while empowering them to utilize their strengths to obtain their goals. Therapy sessions will be guided by your desired outcome.
