I know you are wondering, what am I going to do in this situation? You say to yourself that I am tired and I just need some help, some guidance. Through Life transitions, we need help because we all have to deal with life. Life happens to us all! We need help with dealing with our children. You ask yourself what I am going to do with my kids and how do I get some help for them and me. You need help dealing with relationship issues, depression, job issues, family issues, grief, and just dealing with life. Yes, it is hard, but when you make up your mind that this is it and say, we or I am not taking this on my own anymore and I am getting some help, then give me a call.

I help people by providing them a safe, comfortable, and supportive place to talk about what is going on in your life and your family. I work with individuals, families, and children by helping them with finding solutions, accomplish goals and rethink and change their behaviors and actions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I have worked with children, adults, and individuals with special needs and disabilities. I worked for Child Protective Services, an outpatient clinic for recent discharge mental health patients), Head Start, Special needs and disability clinic for children, Inpatient mental health, children's hospital, managed care and Substance Abuse/Mental Health Grant (SUD). My approach is to give a person a chance to tell their story. While patients tell their stories, I provide a listening ear and a genuinely compassionate heart to you.
