Hello! My name is Bethany and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience providing therapy services. I have worked largely in a community mental health setting treating a wide range of mental health needs. I typically specialize in individual and group therapy for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and other persistent mental health concerns. I engage clients in an eclectic style of treatment, using different treatment modalities based on the client’s unique situation and needs. This often includes Mindfulness Based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Southeastern University and my Masters of Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Originally from Kentucky, I have bounced back and forth from the bluegrass state and the sunshine state for the last 8 years with my husband and beagle "Buddy."

Finding a therapist you connect with is immensely important to the therapeutic process, so here is some additional information on my style and availability to ensure I am a good fit for you. I can interact with you on this platform in whichever format you prefer, but often encourage my clients to participate in video sessions to receive the best therapeutic experience possible. My availability will largely be during daytime weekday hours. You can expect me to walk with you through whatever difficulties you are facing in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
