Ayngi Montgomery is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master of Education in Community Counseling from the University of West Georgia. She has extensive training in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Short-term Solution focused therapeutic approaches. Her training includes specialization in Military Couples & Family Counseling, Brain-based Trauma, Compassion Fatigue and Spirituality. She believes in establishing a foundation of trust and support. She is passionate about removing barriers for EVERYONE to feel comfortable which promotes openness and trust which she stresses are the foundation for client growth and on-going development. “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller
