I am a firm believer that we are put here on earth to help one another grow, and change with the ultimate objective to live a more fulfilled life and love each other more. The challenge is always the peaks and valleys of life that bring us severe emotional pain. I have had the privilege and honor to be professionally trained in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to move clients toward better mental health. I do believe that there is not one way to get mentally healthy but rather a combination of personal choice and a new approach to life’s challenges that creates permanent change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist my main focus will be the systems within your life that are not working or functioning correctly and changing them.
