It is difficult time to manage regular life and now the added stress of COVID can make it feel overwhelming- the loss of ajob, extensive time at home, juggling school, work, children, relationships, and establishing a "new normal". Life is hard and it is time for you to get some support!

I have been a counselor for 23 years and I love it.
There are strategies and techniques you can use to feel better and create happiness. There are tools you can add to your toolbox for life in order to feel relief from the heaviness and the pain. Life is hard, but you can start feeling better now if you are willing to do the work. I can provide you with solution- focused, tool-based interventions to create your happiness, improve your relationships, social skills, time management, regulate your moods, depression, worry, parent your children, deal with caregiver fatigue, learn to self-care, manage your thoughts and find yourself again.

I am licensed to practice and supervise counselors in 2 states- FL and IL. Also, I completed additional training to become a Board Certified Counselor (NCC- National Certified Counselor & CCMHC- Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor), CART- Certified Anger Resolution Counselor, and CTMH- Certified Telemental Health Counselor.

I specialize in offering brief, solution-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy. Hence, every visit you will leave with a summary of interventions that you can implement immediately. My job is to provide you with a plethora of tools for your toolbox for life. Those tools may include coping skills, social skills, anger mgmt strategies, or changing your thoughts. I offer therapy in my office in Naples and Marathon Key, online telehealth, and Find A Therapist.
