As the quote suggests, it is possible to heal from, and in some cases, even grow beautiful things from the pain we’ve endured. I appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your journey.

My experience includes 23 years as an educator and counselor. I have been provided the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults and families in the school setting as well as in private practice. I am uniquely trained to support my clients with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, divorce, parenting, life changes, grief, trauma and abuse.

I tailor my treatment plan to provide the best personalized therapeutic experience for each client, helping you realize your goals. I have found that in many cases, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused and person-centered techniques have been beneficial. Together, we can set goals and find an approach that feels right for you.

I have an easy-to-get-to-know-you personality where I offer a safe place for you to share your thoughts and concerns without judgement. Choosing to be vulnerable with someone else can be very difficult. Taking this first step, is a huge step for many people. I am here to listen and help you explore options to improve the challenges you are facing.
