With over 8 years of work experience serving in various capacities and clinical settings, I use my insight to pinpoint any unhealthy thought processes along the way to help you develop a plan for any change that needs to take place. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, school, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence and life changes in general.
