I am Ashley W. Harris, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. With fifteen years in the mental health field, I founded WholeSelfJourney, LLC, an organization committed to offering exceptional mental health services within the state. I graduated from Webster University, earning my Master of Arts in Counseling in 2011. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I am passionate about positively impacting my clients' lives. I believe that every individual is unique, and I am deeply committed to working collaboratively with you to craft a therapy approach tailored to your needs. Drawing from my extensive expertise in person-centered, solution-focused therapy, I also incorporate various techniques such as CBT, DBT, IFS, parts work, and NLP. Together, we will pinpoint your goals, identify your strengths, and recognize areas for growth.
