I am licensed in Georgia with 4+ years of providing therapy services and 8+ years working in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. We often may feel the pressure to appear we have it all together when deep inside we are fighting a battle within. This journey that you are on, no longer has to be walked alone.
