I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervision designation in Ohio with over 12 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and grief and loss.
I want individuals to be refreshed in who they are so they can know and become the best version of themselves. I want therapy to be a place where a person feels safe to unpack the difficult parts of themselves and feels supported in that process, but also encouraged that they do not have to stay there – healing is possible. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and interpersonal process. I will tailor our work and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
