Connie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. Once that foundation is laid, Connie will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An Integrated approach can be utilized as well.
Connie is known for being an excellent listener, empathetic, caring, sensitive, and energetic. Not only does she have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but she also has a lifetime of experience and wisdom to draw from, which is invaluable!
Connie has wanted to be a therapist/teacher since childhood, and is so happy to have the privilege to do so.
