Hi! My name is Anne and I am a lover of travel, music and all things beach.

While the journey of therapy can be scary at first, I am known for making the process a little easier by meeting you where you are and walking with you, with the background knowledge to help you look at life’s stressors with a little less fear. Let’s find your strengths, develop a personalized coping skill toolbox and help you find a little more comfort in your own skin.

I utilize an approach that incorporates strategies from several different therapeutic modalities. My “jam,” however, is mindfulness based therapy that helps you to look at yourself and the world with a little less judgment and a lot more ability to live in the moment and accept it for what it is.
