My name is Rachel and I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina. I have over 3 years of experience working with children, adults and families as they navigate life’s stressors. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem and confidence, depression as well as a variety of other mental health symptoms. My therapy style is warm, interactive and collaborative to ensure we create therapeutic goals that are specific and unique to your needs. I have experience implementing a variety of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and a strengthens-based approach. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
