I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, mood disorders, stress & anxiety, trauma & abuse, suicide prevention, coping with addictions, family issues, & anger management. I work with my clients to become more assertive and confident in life and with themselves as to not let their mental struggles define them. I believe there is no "one-size fits all" approach to therapy, and I actively work with clients to best address their needs for growth and how to obtain a better quality of life.
