Our world is full of challenges, conflicting demands, and values. I help individuals and couples establish a sense of direction and balance. I counsel clients striving to overcome troubling issues by helping them to understand the origin of the dynamics behind these matters. I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina and Wyoming. I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology from UNC-Charlotte in 2006. Since, I have worked as a mental health therapist providing services to adults and couples. I have experience in hospital settings where I provided counseling services to individuals and families following traumatic injury or illness. I have also worked in the financial industry in Leadership Development and Human Resources.
