Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Board Certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. I've worked in a variety of settings with people from various backgrounds since 2012. I'm non-judgmental and very open minded to all sexual orientations, genders, alternative lifestyle choices, spiritualities, and traumatic experiences. I believe you are the expert on you. My role is to help you understand and accept yourself better, learn how to stand in your own power while setting boundaries with others, and help you to build skills to navigate your world.

When relationships are strained, environments are difficult, needs aren't met, or traumas have occurred, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse are all common responses. I'll help you identify and heal the root of your concern. Together we will work toward a path of long term improvement and skills that can be applied over and over again throughout life to build your resilience to new stressors.

My interaction style is warm, compassionate, and interactive. My preferred approaches include humanistic person centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I'm intuitive to the needs of clients and responsive in altering my approach to best fit you. I will work to empower you to make the most of your life.
