Hi, I'm Ann-Marie. I enjoy working with individuals and families, helping them to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. I help my clients identify and implement effecting coping skills for a variety of issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Bipolar, Grief and loss, Self -esteem, Life stages/transition, and Coping with chronic medical conditions such as infertility and diabetes. I earnestly implement the most appropriate and effective modalities to personalize each clients’ therapeutic needs and as a result I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be self-directive of their own lives as I assist and guide them in the right direction. I strive to provide a comfortable environment in effort to equip clients with the tools needed to manage current and future difficulties to foster their ability in finding a healthy path on their life journey. I provide a safe space that supports a non-judgmental environment to provide clients the opportunity to share their concerns, explore their emotions and identify solutions to life challenges and obstacles.
