I want to first appplaud you for taking the steps to begin therapy. That was the hardest step and YOU DID IT! My goal for therapy my goal is to help with the next steps. To help you get through whatever difficulties you may be facing. I am here to walk with you as we remove obstacles and build a stairway to reaching your goals and becoming the best version of yourself.

I have worked with clients struggluing with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life changes, and career challenges. I believe in taking a client centered approach, meeting the client where they are and assisting them to reach their goals.
