I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of clinical, community and virtual settings to reach their goals for over 17 years. I believe in mixing different approaches to find the best fit for you individually. I help individuals find their way through evidenced-based approaches, towards living the life they want, by using virtual therapy sessions. I have found a love for the virtual session because it has the benefit of accessibility and eliminates some of the barriers to seeking help.
