Hi, my name is Jess Burke, I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. I became a therapist because I believe everyone should feel heard, seen and valued for who they are and not their past experiences. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, clients impacted by the judicial system (whether it is a family member who is incarcerated or an individual themselves transitioning to the community following incarceration), and relational challenges.
