I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia with many years working in the field of mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders and mood disorders. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is direct and solutions focused. You will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. My approach combines Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectal Behavioral, CBT-I, and Imagery Rehearsal for PTSD therapies.
