You have a purpose! I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have 10 years of experience working with adolescents and family, within outpatient and inpatient settings. I also have two years of experience with the adult population, who deals with mental health and substance abuse issues. I believe in the natural and spiritual side of mental health. You do have a purpose in this life, no matter what challenges you may face. I will work with you on developing healthy and positive coping skills, boundaries, communication, and identifying any barriers that may stand in the way of your path to healing.
