I am a licensed mental health counselor who is ready to empower you to become your best self in a judgment-free, safe space. My experience in working on a wide variety of issues, including building coping skills and processing trauma, managing ADHD symptoms, and enhancing self-esteem. I am trained in both clinical and mind/body/spirit therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Healing from the Body Level Up.
