I am licensed in Alabama with 4 years of professional therapy experience, but have worked in the mental health field for many more years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, LGBT-related issues, religious trauma & depression. I believe in creating an environment where people feel safe to open up. I know many are wary of therapists due to a previous bad experience or fear of judgement, but as a therapist that has been through therapy, I understand the vulnerability required to ask for help and want to make a safe, open, place for all without judgement.
