I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois with over five years of experience. I work with individuals with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, executive dysfunction, trauma, managing life transitions, and ADHD. I believe that an essential factor of a positive therapy experience is the client-therapist relationship, and I look forward to building a solid rapport. My approach is client-centered; clients are the experts in their lives and determine the focus of our work together. I also integrate a combination of cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy.
