Whether you are continuing your therapeutic journey or just starting, I find going to therapy a courageous step towards growth, self-discovery, and healing. Whether you are seeking support for a specific stressor like work, relationships, self-esteem, anxious thoughts, or low motivation, we will work together to better understand what is going on. It's important to know that you are the expert in your life, my role is to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgemental space for us to freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My specialties include anxiety, depression, and unresolved childhood trauma. I also regularly work with clients experiencing life stressors, conflict in relationships, family conflict, low self esteem, unwanted and intrusive thoughts, job dissatisfaction, and burnout.
