Hi there, I'm Andre! Hello, my name is Andre Jackson. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The goal is to be empathetic and support growth. It is OK to rethink purpose and make changes that we care to. I am a non-judgmental human being creating a supportive environment to promote mindfulness and understanding. My style is relational and engaging (and so humor healed the world). I strive to meet you where you are at. There is a lot of smiling and processing for understanding. My journey to therapy I'm retired from the U.S. Navy, after serving 21 years. I like listening and trying to help those willing. I like Counseling Psychology, because it allows for growth between client, family, and therapist. I like to see people hopeful or making the changes they would like to see in there lives. My goals for you I am realistic about goal setting and usually collaborate with the client in order to make goals based on client's needs and wants. My first session with you During our first session, we will build rapport, while I try to provide a feeling of safety. We will focus on building a therapeutic relationship.
