I am licensed in California & Ohio with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss.

My therapeutic orientation/expertise is cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic and systems. I enjoy working with the family, as well as with the individual client to provide a holistic approach to care.
