Andie (she/her/hers) seeks to understand her clients in a well-rounded way that honors intersectionality and wholeness of the human experience. She collaborates with clients using a strength based, non-judgmental, compassionate approach. Sessions with Andie include identifying strengths, coping skills, practicing curiosity, and processing and gaining insight from the past and present. Her approach is informed by humanistic, somatic, and systemic theories.
