I am a licensed professional clinical counselor that has been working with clients for almost 4 years now. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship conflicts, and parenting issues.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe that it is important to interact with each client by showing respect, being nonjudgmental, and compassionate. My approach combines many different therapy modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Humanistic. I will create each treatment plan based on your specific clinical needs.

It takes courage to identify, address, and seek out help for a current issue and wanting to create change. I am hoping to support and empower you to make these changes to fulfill a happier and healthier life.
