Hi, I'm Ana. I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of professional experience meeting people where they’re at.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, healthy boundaries, extraordinary experiences (hallucinations), grief/loss, alcohol and drug addiction, caregiver fatigue, work/life balance, burnout and more.

My therapy style is honest, respectful and intentional. My approach to treatment is “Not one size fits all." I believe the clients curiosity and openness to utilize evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and ACT; as well as receptiveness to exploring holistic, body/movement/yoga, spiritual and somatic interventions will help me guide you to skillfully achieve your goals.
