I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, acute crisis and private practice. I have worked with diverse populations with difficulties including anxiety, depression, fluctuating mood and adjustment to life stressors. I take a caring, nonjudgmental approach which is client led to ensure that they reach their highest potential in therapy. I enjoy helping clients from all walks of life, working collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve goals they have identified for their lives.
