Being a parent and making time for your wellbeing is difficult, that’s why I’m committed to making therapy more accessible to new parents/parents of young children. I see couples and individuals experiencing transition to parenthood, trying to conceive/infertility, perinatal mood disorders, and pregnancy/infant loss. I especially enjoy working with couples through this stage of life, as it changes your relationship like nothing else. I use an eclectic approach melding evidence based and practical interventions from Gottman therapy, narrative therapy, and CBT.
