About

Hello! I am a Licensed Social Worker, an intentional mother, friend, Montessori educator, visionary, practitioner of yoga and mindfulness, and a highly skilled multi-sensory listener. I draw on Montessori principles, Internal Family Systems, Family Constellations, mind/body practices and I use an uplifting and anti-oppressive lens. I value an ecological approach to therapy, considering the individual, the familial, and the collective issues that impact all areas of well-being. Come as you are, together we will learn to listen with compassion and curiosity to past and present narratives, sensations in the body, deeply held (thought) patterns and beliefs, and their influence on your life. I treat old wounds with kindness, gentle attention, and respect. I am spiritually inclined and have a special interest in helping clients trust their inner voice and connect with their highest self. I am here to support & empower you in your unique healing journey.
