I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Georgia with over 3 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and and over 11 years experience with wellness coaching. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also help people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is conversational and inviting. I believe in treating anyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I lean away from stigmatism and labels. My approach combines positive-psychology, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and mindfulness-based therapy. I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
