About

Thank you for taking time to take care of you. We owe it to ourselves to seek balance and understanding as we navigate life's twists and turns. We owe it to ourselves to seek the best version of ourselves, and it doesn't hurt to have someone by your side along the way. I am here to support you in any capacity that will help lift the veil on barriers that prevent operating in your full ability. Therapy is many things; but I am dedicated to reducing the stigmas and promoting mental health awareness so that you can not only be physically healthy, but mentally healthy as well.

I generally utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and often include the humanistic approach as well. The eclectic approach addresses client's needs by utilizing multiple therapy modalities to select the best treatment for each client. Humanistic Therapy emphasizes the importance of being your real self in efforts to attain your goals. We all have our very own way of looking at the world, which can affect our decisions and actions. You are ultimately the most essential part of your treatment and your success.

Over the past 10 years, I have had experience in the mental health field providing services to individuals, couples, and family units in a variety of clinical settings; including Hospitals, Department of Family & Children Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, and Private practice. Professionally, my interest and goals are to support you with building self-esteem, self-awareness, and reaching personal goals with special attention towards advocating for the importance of self-care in today's challenging world. Therapy can be scary and intimidating for many, but we are in this together. Welcome!
