I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC-S, and I have been in private practice for many years with over 25 years mental health experience. My practice is open to adults on this platform for individual counseling. I have experience working with Counseling/ Life Coaching, goal setting, ADHD, depression, anxiety, post bariatric surgery success, and helping women over 40 learn to navigate life. My philosophy has always been to treat the whole person, not just the issue at hand. I am low key, and take an honest approach to client issues. My role is to help clients, learn to help themselves, and problem solve together.
